9:15am – 10:45am – THEATRE
Workshop description:
A fun and interactive workshop to develop your body confidence and connect to others through movement in a LGBTQ+ safe space. This workshop is part of an Arts Council Wales funded pilot called MenoMove UK looking at how we can support menopausal symptoms and experiences by using movement and engaging with creativity. You will have the space to reflect on the themes of the festival and celebrate our queerness through fun activities with others and expressing our solidarity and community through the arts. Begin your festival morning feeling energised and invigorated!
All activities are designed for all abilities, are exploratory in nature and you can adjust them to your own comfort level in a safe, non-judgmental space. No prior experience in movement is necessary, just bring some comfortable clothes, curiosity, and openness.
THIS EVENT IS SUBSIDISED BY ARTS COUNCIL UK
